Management Committee meet the students and
staff at the end of every semester and ask
for their suggestions for improvement, in
addition to their grievances |

The decision of
the Management Committee in so far as it concerns
the staff are conveyed to the staff through
the Principal. Those relating to students
is displayed in the Notice board for their

students is obtained at the end of the semester
from each student. This is mostly concerning
the performance of the staff. As far as Institutional
governance is concerned, it is directly heard
by the Management Committee at the end of

The staff can represent
their grievances to the concerned HOD, then
to the Principal and then to the Management,
if their grievances are not redressed at the
appropriate level of authority. The same procedure
is adopted for non-teaching staff also. As
far as students are concerned, they can put
their grievances in the 'grievance box' kept
in each department and/or to the Management
Committee, at the end of the semester |
